BADGE 1/2 Burgundy/Red
This weekly 90-minute class is designed to be an introduction to Gymnastics. The class will follow the CANGYM curriculum (Burgundy - Badge 1, Red - Badge 2) as well as the CANJUMP curriculum on trampoline.
Mondays 4:30- 6:00, 6:15-7:45
Saturdays 11:15-12:45, 1:00-2:30
BADGE 3/4 Tan/Bronze
The Tan/Bronze class is for athletes in badge 3 and 4 of the CANGYM badge program. The class will also follow the CANJUMP curriculum on trampoline. On trampoline, athletes level will be based on the CANJUMP level previously attained. All athletes with no prior trampoline experience will start at CANJUMP level 1.

BADGE 5+ Purple and up
The Purple+ class is a weekly 120-minute class for athletes in badge 5 or higher of the CANGYM badge program. The class will also follow the CANJUMP curriculum on trampoline. On trampoline, athletes level will be based on the CANJUMP level previously attained. All athletes with no prior trampoline experience will start at CANJUMP level 1.
Boys Recreational Ages 6+
This is a cangym/canjump based class that follows the programming focussed on the 6 men's Olympic events. Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, High Bar.
Teen Girls Recreational
This class is built on the camaraderie that many girls struggle to find as a teen. With this, we will set goals for gymnastics skills, strength and flexibility. Athletes will have the option of following the CANGYM and CANJUMP badge program if they desire. This class is for all female identifying people between the ages of 12 and 17. Here you will find zero judgement and a place for every body.
Junior Olympic 1/2
*Must have coach permission*
This program is for athletes who are uncertain if a competitive stream is right for them however would like to do gymnastics year round. This group learns routines and the strength and flexibility required to feed into a competitive program.
